Regarding Workflow Response Prize Draw Survey for

MARC.health as a product of FERGUSSON HEALTH PTY LTD

Promoter
This prize draw is run by FERGUSSON HEALTH PTY LTD. (contact: James@marc.health).

Entry period
Entries open on publication of the response link and close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 4 March 2026. The draw will take place on 5 March 2026.

Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Residents of NT and TAS are excluded due to permit requirements.
• Participants temporarily located in NT or TAS remain eligible only if their usual residential address is in another Australian state or territory.
• One entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

How to enter
Complete the short response via the provided link. Entry is free. Providing an email address is optional and used only for prize contact and (if you opt in) future updates.

Prize
One (1) prize winner will receive either a DermLite dermatoscope or a digital stethoscope (winner’s choice, subject to availability). Approximate total prize value: $650 AUD. No cash alternative. The prize is not transferable.

Draw & notification

• The draw is random and will be conducted on 5 March 2026.
• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a redraw may occur.

Delivery
The prize will be shipped to an Australian address provided by the winner. Delivery times may vary by location and supplier availability.

Privacy
Responses are anonymous unless you provide your email address. Any personal information collected is used solely for administering the draw and optional updates about the project. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.

General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or breaches these terms.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or delays outside reasonable control.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
